Monitoring UI

The monitoring application allows for easy insight into the current state of the JobFlow system. Simply point it to the SQL and document storage locations (same configuration as JobFlow itself).

Currently the monitoring UI does not allow for control over anything in the system - it is for viewing only. However, in the future, controls for canceling Jobs, canceling Work Items, forcing Jobs to run, etc., may be added (locked behind specific authorization mechanisms).
